Ridgewood Church has a vibrant ministry for adults who are 60 years young and older! Hebrews 12: 1-2 are just a couple over verses that encourage, "Finishing Well Together." "...let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith..."
There is a race to finish. Coasting on past decisions and actions doesn't do it. There is endurance required to finish. There are many things that could discourage us after we hit sixty years old.
The writer uses plural words to signify that this race is a group effort. He has done that throughout the epistle. "Exhort one another." "Encourage one another." "Stir up one another."
Join us in our mission!
