It takes courage to shine a light for Christ. Like Joshua’s bold leadership that led Israel into the Promised Land, we desire to exhibit the courage to Illuminate our city, overcome darkness, and Make Jesus Known Through Community Impact.
Joshua 1:6 Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them.
Ridgewood Church will be breaking through in order to find new life outside of “just” attending church on Sunday. We desire that each person at Ridgewood finds new life wherever he/she lives out normal life experiences.

In this sermon series we will be going through the Gospel of John, so that we can learn and love Jesus. We will be looking at his signs, wonders, how he did ministry, how he led his disciples, how he sacrificed himself for us, and defeated death by rising again.
We are entering an amazing and crucial season of church life. God is calling Ridgewood Church to a new and exciting future. Can we be like Abraham? Can we look beyond our circumstances and trust God, believing his promises for the future?

This kind of stripped-down discipleship involves love, obedience, and an acknowledgement that Christ has freed us from the consequences of sin. Authentic Christianity frees us and allows us to love Jesus in a new and profound way.
